I put a couple e-books that I have in word format on my storm but cant seem to read them. I opened word to go and it just says my permissions are not right. Then it also says I need a key to register it.

I put a couple e-books that I have in word format on my storm but cant seem to read them. I opened word to go and it just says my permissions are not right. Then it also says I need a key to register it.
I haven't tried any converted ebooks to word format but have opened and edited many word docs on the storm. I suggest upgrading to the latest version, 1.006.052 if you haven't already.

I got it working. Was because I had it plugged into my laptop with the usb cable........ not sure why that was a issue.
it breaks the connection to the bb to the media in order to make the connection from the pc to the media
