How much did Verizon charge you when you were sent a replacment phone? Have any of you not returned the phone in time? If so, How much were you billed? Any info would be helpful.
Zero. I got one of the new phones in the brown origami box. And I returned it via FedEx about a week later. I also had talked Verizon rep into sending it overnight for free, rather than 2 day, so I got it before New Years Day.
Why would verizon charge you $200 and send you a new phone. Then when you lose the replacement, charge you again? I think the initial charge is what will have to be paid if the BB storm is not returned. Anyone try this before?
If you order it over the phone they charge you the price you paid for the original and then reimburse you upon recieving the old phone.Just beware if you paid for original phone with a credit card it can take up to 2 to 3 billing cycles to get reimbursed. I sent mine back 4 weeks ago and still have not got my money back
I had a customer receipt with retail being $499.99 with my 1st replacement phone. Because I have the 2 year agreement the extended price is $199.99. With tax, the order total was $238.74
My original phone was also $238.74. If I do not return my original phone withing 30 days, my Verizon account will be charged the difference between retail and the discounted price on my original.
Bottom line, I am not paying anything for the replacement phone as long as I send them back the defective phone in 30 days.
215.00 and I returned the device under 24 hours. Still haven't gotten my money, still engaged in talks. I'd think twice before ordering a replacement nilly willy

I believe they only charge you if you're getting a full retail package replacement. Well thats how it is majority of the time. I got my brown box replacement and didnt get charged.
nothing. but when i switched from dare to storm, i was billed for the storm until dare was returned, then they issued me a check instead of crediting my account, now i have to send them the money back....what a joke!
You are only charged if you get a brand new replacement, its a temp account charge and will be full retail if you dont return it within ten business days. Just return the phone.
I was charged full retail for the Replacement Storm I got. But they said they will refund me back when they recieve it back in the mail. Also, It was Brand new in the Box with everything
