    I believe it's by going to:

    Options
    Security Options
    General Settings

    Then click your Blackberry Button/Options Button and select 'Wipe Handheld'. I think it will ask you if you want to wipe the 3rd party apps too, and then ask you to type in 'blackberry' (or some word) to verify.
