I just did a quick check with everyone and none of them are changing. Enjoy your bold...all smart phones are great, some like one and some like another.
I actually did the opposite. I came from the bold 9000 and the 9700. I love my storm. :) I sold my 9000 and I'm keeping the 97 for the backup BlackBerry just in case my goes bad :( enjoy your bold :) I think that's the best form factor for a BlackBerry. I was sad to see the bold two so small. But oh well. I have my huge screened storm :D

I have both the Storm and the Storm 2 as backups. the Storms are good devices I just prefer the physical keyboard due to the amount of e-mails i send out daily for work
I'm keeping my Storm 2 as its an excellent device. I'd rather have the larger screen that the physical keyboard.
+1 :)

I'm keeping my storm 2:) I enjoy it because it has a large screen:D
I've come from the 9000 to the 9550, which I think is a super device. But to each their own. Enjoy your Bold, BB is Best!
I came from the 8330 and LOVE my Storm 2. There have been times where I wish I had a qwerty keyboard but 99% of the time I love my Storm.
I too have come from the Bold 9000 and am extremely happy with the Storm 2. As has been said on this fforum and many others, preference will win out. Just because one device may not be suited to a person, does not make it a bad device, unless there have been MAJOR issues then I would say they are the exception.

I personally have loved my Storms (First 1 then 2)... They are by first BB's and I used to say I have no desire to type with my thumbs... Now I can't imagine going without my berry! I LOVE the big screen and surepress for the win!
wouldnt trade my s2 for anything other then s3
+1. I love my S2. I too came from a 8330 and have no need to go back to a physical keyboard. I can type just as well, if not better than, my old 8330. The additional screen real estate, additional memory, and the WiFi is icing on the cake.

I'm keeping my storm 2. I enjoy it because it has a large screen. Came from the tour.
As others have said, it's more of a personal preference. Some prefer the S2, some prefer other BB's.
My questions for you are - Why would you post this here? If someone switched, or is switching, from an S2 to another BB, they probably wouldn't be hanging in this forum anymore. Also, all you did was complain about the Bold & RIM back in December; do you have anything constructive to add to our community or are you just a troll?
user error FTW!!!
:D
+1 I also came from 8330, and I have to say, I truely love my s2. Havn't had any issues with it. And the screen is beautiful.
I too thought I'd miss the physical keyboard of my 8330...and I do a good bit of emailing on a daily basis. Well, I can type faster on my S2 and I love the screen. Nothing compares to it in my opinion.
I have only this delimma; go ahead and get a storm 2 or wait for the storm 3. Got a storm 1 and I love it.
The Storm 2 is an awesome device, great screen, and good use of apps.
I'll be switching over to another brand of phone entirely to test the waters with and we'll see how that works out :)
Is it still a rumor that Storm 3 may have a physical slide-out keyboard? or was that rumored for another BB model?
LOL! Kudos, nlitenme. As I read the OP what you said was my first thought and as I was scrolling down reading the follow up posts, I was already forming my response and then got to yours. You beat me to it ;) As for the thread topic, I'm trying to figure out, is this the 489th thread on the same thing, or is it over 500?
I think you might be missing a zero on those numbers. :D
It's funny what you said; I've done that - reading thru the responses, ready to make my own just to come across someone else that says exactly what I was going to say. It's all good.
