I have recently been having trouble with my Storm, which started pretty much as soon as I got it.
1. There is the screen clicking issue.
2. My Storm requires atleast 2-3 battery pulls a day to operate properly.
3. Sometimes my Storm will suddenly go black and restart itself.
4. When I switch from landscape to portrait mode it almost always lags.
5. At times, only one side of my screen will work (choose L but it selects A)
6. It will sometimes freeze up requiring me to do a battery pull.
7. Sometimes to recieve some SMSs or emails I have to do a battery pull.
8. I even uninstalled Viigo and the problem persists.
My friend called and recieved a replacement but I was wondering if all of you think I will recieve a replacement if I personally go into the store. I am also running OS 4.7.0.90 (platform 4.0.0.114), but will downgrade to 4.7.0.75 before I attempt to get a replacement.

If it freezes as much as your saying I would imagine they will def. Give you a replacement however I would try .109 before you go through all that trouble it seems to be the most solid and quickest build yet and could fix all your problems because mostly seems like software except the screen issue. But I would have it replaced just for the screen even because you pay for device to work. So if I were you I would get it replaced then try out .109 or the new .114 supposedly much better then anything pre .103 in bot instances.
