I bought a copy of Checkbook and Passwordsafe (both work with Blackberry Storm) but I can NOT get them to install in the Blackberry. I have gone through the process of the Blackberry Desktop Manager (v4.7) and understand that you 'grab' a ALX file and so forth, but I only get a couple of 'Mickey Mouse' words come into the Blackberry. BOTH programs are doing the same thing. I must be doing something wrong and can not figure out what it is. I have spent hours dealing with this and just don't get it.

Over the air is the best way, obviously, but these programs will not allow me to do it. Does anyone have either of these programs or any idea what I might try, or what I may be doing wrong. Something isn't adding up.
