    All of a sudden can't sync contacts, DM says address book not installed. Is there a way to reinstall it without wiping entire device?


    had to reinstall OS but without a full wipe...pain in the @ss but it works fine now

    You can always restore from a backup using DM.

    no, it's not that -- it literally says the address book application itself is not installed.
