Well, if you want to put ringtones on your storm for free, go make an account at phonezoo and upload an mp3 to that, edit it to your liking and let it send it to your phone. I assume that's what you wanted since you didn't ask how to put music on your phone.
use dm to put them from the comp to your memory card
or use mobile17.com , myxertones.com or any other site to cut them from mp3s and get sent to the phone.
Use a program called Audiocity, its free just search for it on google. Save it as an mp3 then email it your phone. Hopefully you have an email account on your phone. If you have an email client on your computer just send it to your phone ([email protected]) for example. Its the way I do it...and its easier than using the program I think.
