So I need to sell my Storm and I'm wondering what I need to do to prepare it for this. I'm guessing I'll need to clear everything off of it and install the official Verizon OS on there. How can I get a completely fresh install with none of my contacts or any of my information on there? Including pictures, videos, music, etc?

Go to options>security options>general settings>menu>wipe handheld. This will restore the unit to out of the box condition. Make sure if you have media saved on the device memory you transfer that stuff to a media card before you wipe the device or they will be gone...
