Everyone always talks about their Storm being built on such a date and in such a country. Where is that information at? On the box?

Yes, on the label of the box, along with the PIN, MEAC #, etc.

Build date and where it's made should be on the box that it came in. Where it was made is also under the battery under the barcode.

It says handheld made in Canada. Accesories made in Canada, USA, China, Japan. I thought they were built in Mexico. Also, right above the "handheld made in" statement it says the following number sequence "210209". Is that the date it was made?

Yes that is the date 210209 = Feb 21, 2009.

Ok. So what does that mean? How have the builds been that came from Canada? How about being built on my build date? I remember people saying that depending on where and when it was manufactured determines the quality.
