First lets verify that you have a Storm 2 9550 and that your carrier is???? Your profile indicates that you have a 9700 on Rogers in which case this OS would not be for you. BUT if you have a 9550 on Rogers, or better yet on Telus, or Bell (or even better than that, Verizon in the US), then we can help.

oh yes I apologize I have both a storm 2 and a bold 9700 Im with rogers I updated I beleive with help yo .517 and my phone freezes up all the time
