    Maybe it's different on your device, I don't know anything about the Storm. But, that way listed in the thread is already pretty simple, and it's worked for many, many people.

    Yeah, I have a thread that someone taught me in another forum

    Synopsis:
    Go to media > BB Key > File Explorer > Select the "system folder" and BB Menu - Delete.

    However this doesnt free up as much space as you think as the preloaded stuff appears to be stored in a protected part of the 1GB internal memory, NOT IN THE 128MB RAM

    Oh yeah, the above method IS NOT FULLY TESTED AND COULD SCREW UP YOUR RINGTONES! I haven't had any problems but I almost never use the BB tones.

    PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK

    and keep in mind the risk may not be worth it since it DOES NOT free up application memory.
