My storm had an error and erased an icon the salesman put on my storm when i bought it. The button said my email address and thats where all my email showed up and i had to option to delete them from my handheld or from my email acct. How do i re-add this icon? Thanks in advance for the help
Go to setup folder and select e-mail settings. From there you select they type of e-mail (i.e yahoo, gmail, other). Enter in your username and password and it should connect and add the e-mail icon.
if that doesnt work try to resend your service books do this by going to setup -> email settings -> log in to your email -> bb button -> select service books -> select send service books. My icon dissapears when i reload os do this and my icon automatically comes back on displaying my email.
