    hm after youve recorded them, connect your phone to your PC or you might be able to email them to yourself.. then use a program that will burn the files to a CD.

    transfer them to your pc,
    get this audacity and this LAME file,

    after they're installed convert your voice notes to mp3s and burn baby burn..

    BTW, this is also the best ringtone making software in the universe...
