Hi guys.

I am about to send my storm off for repair because when I try switching on the phone, its starts to power up and then the screen goes black but the keys stay lite, so I am sending it off to be repaired but I would like to back up my phones content.

With not been able to power up the phone, how do I back my phone up?

Any help is great.

Honestly if u can't get it past the blackberry / verizon screen then you can't back anything up unless it was previously done.
