Sorry I tried searching a bunch of threads.
I just go my first replacement and I want to backup all of the information on my old Storm and reload it to my new one. I was wondering if someone can walk my through how to do this (or PM) or please direct me to a how to!
Do you have DM on your desktop or laptop?
If so plug in your old Storm and do a backup. Pay attention to where you save it. Once it is done disconnect, plug in replacement and select restore. Choose the proper backed up file and let load.
OK I thought it would be that easy, but just wanted clarification!

It is pretty easy.
using the DM software, i just chose the "swap device" option. plugged in old phone first, then let the software prompt me when to plug in the replacement phone and i was done. :)
