Hello fellow Blackberryidians, here is one for you to solve? Im sure you have seen this before but Im new to the game! So here it is. Clicking the BB button which take me to a full screen of Icons on my Storm. from there I clicked OPTIONS, changed my screen layour from 2 lines to 3. DID NOT LIKE IT, so i went to switch it back and BAM OPTIONS is not working? what gives? will the new software fix this? thanks all for the help. Look forward to hearing from the Commnuity!
There's a known bug that if you press "Close" while in the home screen options it'll actually close that program and won't be able to be opened again till the phone is restarted.
Silly, yes, but just reset your phone and your issue will be solved.
And to avoid this in the future, change your home screen options then press the back button (select "Save" to keep your changes) and you can go back into the screen as many times as you need to.
