So i have this Blackberry Storm, and my friend wants to sell it to me for cheap, but the problem they said with it, is when they turn it on, all it'll do is keep rebooting itself. I don't know if they have done software updates. But I believe that the phone is not water damaged either. What could be wrong? Thanks!

I would see if the friend would let you try a re-install of an OS. If that fixes it, then great. But I wouldn't pay for it unless you could try the re-install first.

you need a new battery my battery was shot and it would randomly shut off then just keep rebooting until i plugged it in the charger.

I think it may be the battery too, it doesn't seem to turn off if i unplug it, but if its plugged in, it'll charge for like 20 minutes with the battery line through it, and than it'll just keep rebooting itself.

Well for some reason, I tried anoter battery, and nothing. All the phone does is reboot itself until it dies. Suggestions or issues that are wrong with it?
