Yesterday I left my storm on my bed, when I went upstairs to bed the screen was blank so i figured it was dead.

I plugged it up to the charger (USB cord with a wall jack adapter). Woke up this morning STILL BLANK!

When I press the power button a battery with a blue lightning bolt through it pops up and my led light flashes red.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? do I need a new battery? or has my phone crashed? HELP!!!

Did you try removing the battery? My phone wouldn't charge one night so I removed the battery and it started charging after that.

yeah I've removed it about 15 times lol just hoping it will work but no luck

Let it sit on a WALL charger for about half an hour and let us know....

I don't have one, but i will go buy one after work... I'm hoping that's all I'll need to do

The lightning bolt seems to mean you need a charge.....

Can you plug the USB cable into a computer?

Computer will work straight cord connection no hubs.......
