I tried to transfer the data from my old BB 8830 to my new Storm using the desktop software, and when I was done, not only were all of my contacts gone, but the App store was missing, as was the "help" option, my Verizon Navigator, and all of the applications that came with the phone. I took it back to Verizon and they were able to resync my contacts from my old phone, but all of my apps are still MIA. Anyone know how I can fix this?
