I downloaded some ringtones last night from crackberry.com. Tried to play ac/dc for those about to rock........ my screen scrambled, went black and now its dead. the screen is black and i cannot make or receive calls.......What can I do?????

First, pull the battery for 30 seconds or so.
If that doesn't work, make sure your battery is charged.
What OS are you using?

Try doing a hard battery pull for longer than 1 minute.... Then hold the "back" button for 25 secs w/o inserting the battery just yet... Insert the battery charge and see what u get....

Did you try going it to safe mode as Jay is explaining? Holding the back button while the phone reboots does this. Then delete the sound or theme you loaded. ALSO worstcase follow the steps in this article my CrackberryKevin.....
