Ok i have done a search and all i get is that it can view emails with html. Now my phone cant to a point. I can see the gist of the email but not everything is there something i need to do on mine so i can see the full email? all i get is little phones on the images.

When you're reading the e-mail, click on the BlackBerry button and select get images. That will show your e-mail in full HTML.
