    I upgraded my 9500 with .100 software but its got a few faults as follows:

    Battery last from fully charged to completely flat in 5hrs with no use.

    The phone wont conect to the desk top manager it just keeps sayin 'unable to connect' but it does recognise the phone.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction for sorting these issues out...

    so it shows your pin in the DM? what are you trying to do to your device

    Have you done a battery pull on the phone and a reboot on the PC?

    I have pulled the battery and rebooted the pc but soon as i connect the phone back up it says it could not connect to the phone but in the desk top manager screen it recognises the pin number.

    I want to downgrade the OS but cant because there is no contact between the phone and PC.......anyone else help in any way ??
