im new to this site
i have 2 probs

1 after updating to 106 software i have lost the applications folder (the one that holds the downloads to go into the other applications folder ) the one that holds the actual applications lol.

2 i have a camera fault . it wont focus unless i pinch the camera end of the phone togeather then it works fine . i think it needs to be repaired . any idia in scotland or england i can get it done

hope you can help as this is the first smartphone / blackberry i have ever had .
