Ok, so I tried to update my software for my Storm & "backed up" my phone but when I restarted it my browser was gone and I was still running on my original OS. I'm so confused, where is my browserrrrrr!!! I live on it
ok im going to mention this.. once again this same question has come up a ton of times there is a search feature. If you were to search "browser gone" I am sure you would find a ton of threads with the answer this has been asked 80 times in the last 3 days.
the answer is resend your service books
options>advanced>host routing table> menu key >register now
not sure why it didn't update, but to get the browser back push the service books (if you aren't familiar search this great site for a step by step) that should fix it

Turn off phone or pull battery it will / should bring browser icon back. You have the same OS cuz u just updated the core apps not the whole OS. The update is not released yet @ least not official
