Ok I have a problem. I have had my storm for about a week now n when I hav bbm open and my backlight goes off n I return to view thw message my phone freezes up. It has been doing this numerous times a day and the only way to unfreeze it is to pull the battery. Is anyone else experiencing this? It is bery annoying doing this. Does anyone have a solution for me or should
I take it back to Verizon and have them exchange it?


Any help is greatly appreciated.

The BBm freeze issues is usually OS based..are you still running .75?

you might want to consider an upgrade to a leaked beta. .99 is most likely going to solve every problem you can thing of...a little laggy with typing but other than that I have yet to have the phone freeze up on me with anything that I do with it

If its only freezing while BBM is open, try uninstalling and reinstalling BBM using your DM.
