I have a new storm and it is really messing up. It has 4.7.0.75 firmware. Can anyone tell me how to fix it or will I have to just get a replacement. I lost my email. It says it's there I can't access it. It is also really difficult to send text messages. I keep getting two error messages when I power cycle the phone. Sometimes when I send a text. They are:

Uncaught Exception: Application net_bb_messaging_app(204) is not responding; Process terminated.

Uncaught Exception: java.lang.nullpointer exception

WOW, sounds like something is really wrong. If you can, I would wipe the device and reinstall the OS. If you are not familiar with this, just take the device back to the store. They will get you a new one.

Hi, I've had it since the end of November. The store says it it will probably go back which means I'll be without a phone for for several days

You could try resending your service books from the BB site. Do a search in the forums for the instructions on how to do it.
Or you could try to upgrade to .90.
