This is my third storm and I wish I kept the first one I had. You get something set up the way you like it and your happy then you have to take it back and never get it set up the way you had it. When I have a voice mail the symbol does not show up. also when I have a missed call my led does not blink. I Need help please.

Take it back to verizon and tell them I'm on my 1st storm and had nothing wrong with it yet knock on wood!

I didn't have a good answer but at least I didn't post that.
Here are some ideas (guesses)...
- mess around with the phone Ringtone\alert settings
- battery pull
- do a phone update from the carrier (Verizon it is dial *228 option 2)
