    I updated to the .114 OS yesterdy not the hybrid and now when i call someone or somebody calls me i cant hear them and speaker phone option doesnt work!

    Check the forum. I think .144 is for the 9500 Storms only.

    Have you fixed this issue yet?

    Try downgrading your OS to .109 and test. If that works, but you would like the features of .114, install the .109/.113/.114 hybrid. It works great.

    If downgrading doesnt work at all, post again and let us know. thanks.

    Call your voice mail while simultaneously dipping a broken Q-tip (no cotton!) in the headphone jack. Twist it a little bit but DO NOT force it. You'll see the button marked Headset return to Speaker. This is common with updates, mostly for first time updates I think. Try it (=

    Call your voice mail while simultaneously dipping a broken Q-tip (no cotton!) in the headphone jack. Twist it a little bit but DO NOT force it. You'll see the button marked Headset return to Speaker. This is common with updates, mostly for first time updates I think. Try it (=

    Yeah, that's what the q-tip is supposed to fix. I dunno If there's a little button inside the jack or what, but it should fix it. Make sure your on a call when trying this. Voice mail is easiest cuz you can stay on the line by listening to old messages.
