Hi When I am in the home screen and hit the menu button instead of all the 25 different icons coming up and filling the screen, I get 4 icons that are on top of the home page, arranged horizontally and that I can get to slide to another 2 icons but thats it. If I hit the menu button again it the 4 icons disappear and I can see all of the home screen. By hitting the menu button 4 or 5 times I can usually get the Menu screen to appear. How can I get the full menu screen to appear when I first hit the menu button?
This sounds like a software issue. Have you tried a battery pull? If this does not work you might just need to reinstall your OS...check this and let us know
