    I bought my Storm on the first day it came out, so I'm assuming i can't just take it back...What argument can I use to get a replacement this far after the purchase date?

    I have tried every new leak that has come out. Performance is not the problem. I hate the dust under the screen and the light that leaks out from the sides of the screen.

    Like I said it has a 1 yr warranty. Make something up. Tell them its not charging, screen blanks out, something.

    I don't think the op wants a new one they want a different phone.......But I think the only way to do that is to have had 3 replacements in 90 days.

    If you aren't trying for a different phone just tell them the problems and get a warranty return.

    Im pretty sure the warranty is not going to cover dust under the screen, or the blinding light that escapes from out of the sides of the phone...
