Ok. I am an *****. Should have backed up before upgrading I know. I didn't. Upgraded his phone via computer and upon completion contacts and emails were not restored. Please help me save face with my boss at a new job. They have to be somewhere on the computer!!!!

If you're on BES should come back after Enterprise activation and a sync to Outlook..
If not, GMAIL should resync from BIS.
