My phone suddenly reset itself, and when it came back up, this is all that's displayed on an all white screen.

When 5.0.0.328 or whatever came out before the 9550 launch, I updated to that. It's worked fine every since then. Heck, I just got off the phone a few minutes ago. Help. Please?

did you load any new apps on the phone at all? do you have a most recent backup?

its a JVM error...most likely you will have to reload the OS....post back if that doesnt work....

I haven't loaded anything on it, and my phone won't connect to Desktop Manager.

i have a jvm error 545 and i need help. ive been searching everywhere and i can't find a solution. My phone boots up half way and then the white screen comes up and says that JVM Error 545 thing. If this is what was wrong with your storm can you help me to get mine right... thanx a lot.

i have the same problem, but i owned the curve 8320. i now have the curve 8520 but i really like the 83 better, so im looking to restore it. please please help

I just got this as well. No new apps, nothing, it just did it randomly while in my pocket. However I have a mac... is there any way to fix this using a mac? Everything I read about this is that it need a PC.

If you have upgraded your OS on your PC in the past then you MAY have a backup in your Documents folder on the PC you used to upgrade. It'll say loaderbackup or something like that. You can use that to recover SOME of your stuff. It will be outdated, BUT will get you most of your contacts back. Also IF you have BBM 5, you can get your BBM contacts back using the RIM servers. Start up BBM, press the BB (menu) button and select Options, then scroll to Restore.
