    Guy I really need you help.

    I have been using vodafone .83 OS for a few days now and I just did a batt pull and when the slash screen came up, it will not go away!!

    Please help!

    Really beating this issue into the ground aren't we?

    Pull the battery, then pull the media card, reinsert battery, turn phone on, wait for everything to load and verify that the phone is in working order, reinsert media card.
