I have the blackberry storm, locked to vodaphone!

I have followed all the guides but one I get to enter MEP2, no matter what I do the prompt to enter the code will not come up.

Is there something wrong with the phone, or is it unlockable?

are you sure it's not unlocked already. That's usually when the prompt will no longer come up. Does it already say Sim - Disabled?
