Lyricidal's hybrid (http://forums.crackberry.com/f132/95...hybrid-233299/) is the most stable, smoothest OS to run on this phone. And...it's a piece of cake to install. Just dowload and install the .148 leak, then donwload and double click his 5.0Hybrid.exe. BEFORE you do any of that though, backup through DM (regular and 3rd party apps (http://forums.crackberry.com/f135/ho...-4-7-a-125449/).

Since you do not even know where to go to get an OS or how to do it, I agree with lyricidal, read the guide. Then I suggest initially sticking with a straight OS upgrade for a while, continue reading the how to's and other posts before attempting a Hybred.
