    So, finally got the new Storm and so far really enjoy it. I had the World Edition and just upgraded. Am a newbie here, so please be gentle.

    So when I bought the Storm, the VZ rep set up one of those verizon email addresses even though I told him my work sets up an enterprise account. So ive got this '[email protected]' email address.

    Since then, I have set up my enterprise account, and it works, but on the front screen I still have that 'blackberry.net' account and when I send an email I have to choose which account to send the email from.

    So, how do delete that account from my phone? I want nothing to do with the thing. I want my enterprise account listed on the front screen and I don't want to have to choose which account to send it from.

    Any help or tips would be appreciated.

    This is something that is set up on the Blackberry Internet Service.

    You can call VZW Customer Service to find out what your login ID and PW are. once in there, you can delete the VZW E-Mail account and it will remove the service book from your device over the wire. That should solve your problem.
