for some reason every time i try to run my back up through my DM it gives me an error that says Error backing up database(s). is there any fix for this? i have the bb on mass storage mode.

You must find which database is faulty. Remeber its name.

Connect to DM and run backup restore. go to advanced and find the broken database. press clear. This will fix your problem.

IM getting error when trying to do backup it stops at autotext i go into advance and deleate but it still reappears..what am i doing wrong please?

I am having the same issue. I believe someone posted a 'fix' for this the other day, will have to search to find.

If I remember correctly it was to clear your cache, but I have read so many posts can't be certain.

Won't hurt to try it, but also do a search it is here somewhere.

Or maybe someone will be nice enough to post the fix again.

1. clear your browser cache and try again

if that doesn't work (usually does)

2. go to "advanced" and backup the items one-by-one until you find the one that is a problem.
