I need some serious help. I had .549 OS loaded on my phone, I was having issues with it so I wiped my storm with BBSAK, I then got the "Reload Software: 507" error. I deleted my previous OS that was installed on the computer, and I loaded .419 on the computer. Then I tried to install lyrics .603 OS (and several others) when I get to the application loader and select the files i want installed I get an error saying "The application "(then says the application)" cannot be loaded because some required files are not available". It repeats this error for every application. I can't get past this screen. I have tried numerous times to fix this and can't get anywhere. PLEASE HELP. I am running Windows 7. Thanks

You are trying to load an OS for the 9530 on a 9500. It will not work. 419 is only for the 9530. Try a different OS for the 9500.

I updated my device info, I actually have a Storm 9530

Curious: by chance did you load .419 to your phone and then install the hybrid ?

It still sounds like the OS is not properly loaded on your computer. How did you delete the old OS? Did you delete it out of Control Panel? I would suggest deleting all OS installed on your computer from Control Panel. Then because you have been using Hybreds, pieces of each are left on the computer. you need to go to Program Files/Common Files/Research in Motion/Shared/Loader Files and delete anything remaining.

Then reload 419, or I would recommend 591, and install the Hybred you want to use to the 419 or 591. Be sure that the Vendor file has been deleted and use Loader.exe to load. If you are still having problems, do a wipe to the phone and try to load again.
