I need help with my Verizon Storm. I have had this phone since the day it came out, and i am already on my second one due to a defect in the first one. I hate this phone i wish i never would of bought this phone! I don't know how to use it, how to get a ringtone or themes for it, it freezes all the time, and it gets stuck between landscape and portrait all the time. If you could help me out i would love it!
