can anyone help me get rid of the new voicemail icon stuck on my screen?? i already checked the message, erased it, and its still there. i did a battery pull and nothing works. any help would be greatly appreciated.
Try calling your voicemail again. Maybe you have a new message from when you were doing the battery pull
Most likely the phone is just lagging. Try calling your VM again, and if not, just let it be until it figures it out on its own. Hopefully that'll work
You might have to call VZ tech support from a different phone to figure this one out! I do not think that this is a common problem, but I may be wrong!
It not a common problem but has happened to sever. Try this:
1. Uninstall VVM and reboot
2. Call from another phone and leave a message
3. Erase that message like before by calling in on your voicemail
4. Reinstall VVM
This might or might not work....some it has and other it hasn't. If not you have to call verizon and they need to basically do the same but they have to change a flag on their end
