That sucks! Maybe a good samaritan will wind up with you and find a way to return it. I hope you had insurance on it. It's sad when people feel like they don't have to work for their toys like the rest of us do. I hope you get it back one way or the other.
Be sure the service is terminated immediately. And lesson learned... I wouldn't trust most people enough to leave 2 pennies, a paperclip, and five rubberbands laying out. Now that is a shame. Good luck.

I remember I found an iPhone 3g when it FIRST came out and was sold out. Luckily I'm an honest person and called "mom" and said "Hey I got your kids phone" met up w/ the kid and gave it back.
Felt good about it too, even though i could have sold it for $500 probably.
