I use my phone for music throughout the day. I use it at the gym with the headset, in my car connected with the mp3 cord, and through speakerphone at my job. Yesterday while I tried playing music through my speakerphone it kept trying to switch to headset mode and it would stop my music consistently. Also while taking a call my phone will try to switch to headset mode and it gets really annoying because it sounds like I don't have a good signal when I do.. Is this a faulty phone or is this common? Any fixes?

First, back-up your phone on DM. Then options>security options>security wipe. Only select contacts and user apps. Verizon technical support walked me thru the process.
