We have two Storms at home. My wifes stopped clicking so Vodafone replaced without making any questions even after some six months of use.
Anyway. The new one arrived (just the phone, battery and battery cover are not changed) and I charged it to 100%. Restored the backup and let it run .78 which is the default for one night. It was dead the morning after. Today I made a clone of my storm with lyricidal hybrid and kept the phone with the radio and bluetooth off . After two hours the battery was down to 60%!

So I can only conclude that this device has a HW problem rather than Software. Is that possible? Would Vodafone change the piece again?

    Thanks for some comments.

No if you changed the OS on the phone that was losing the battery the question then becomes what changed? The answer is the OS....

The problem started with the original OS, way before I upgraded the OS. That is the point.
