    I ordered online at 6:30 am EST. Got the confirmation e-mail right away, but haven't received a tracking number. So I called CS to see what's up. They can't find my order in their system. But if I check the order status online, it comes up as a valid order number. Any thoughts?

    I think you have to be talking to the right department. I've been bugging them all day trying to get a tracking number. I preordered with a rep at the beginning of this week. Telesales was able to look up by my SS# to see if my order had been submitted (it had) and they gave me my order number. I just called back 5 minutes ago and was talking to customer service (transferred by telesales) and they said they weren't able to see my order. I don't know how their system works but I'm guessing if you don't have an existing account with them, CS has no info for you but sales does until you get your service going.
