If I am not mistaken Verizon will allow free use of GPS on the Storm.

I will say that the girl I talked to at the Verizon store had gone to training on the Storm. She told me that the GPS would work on the phone, but I blew it off thinking she didn't know what she was talking about. I hope I was wrong on this!

Guess that will depend on the carrier. What will Verizon do in the US, what will Telus do in Canada. My Bold on Rogers in Canada, works with or without data.

Doesn't the curve 8830 have GPS? Does verizon limit it to use with VZW navigator or can you use the GPS with other apps?

EDIT: Talk about freudian slip! Check the title of my post. Meant to say story not stormy. This is lame, I don't even own a BB yet and I'm already an addict.
