How many STORM 1's will Verizon be able to unload after they start their STORM 2 ad blitz?

I'm guessing they're trying to get rid of inventory with their buy one, get one free ... and their reduction to $50 with contract.

    What do you think?

Bro before the flameing begins that has all been discussed already in other threads. You really need to use the search because someone is gonna get pissed at some point and flag you for spaming. Just want to give you a heads up.

Verizon will unload 21.475.5 storm 1s. There is no possible way anyone knows the exact correct answer.

Sorry ... didn't know that angle had been asked before. I was just wondering. I'll log out now. Evidently my posts aren't worth anything.

What if you buy a S1 this month with 2-year insurance and then try to get it replaced 23-months from now? Does RIM keep "X" number of devices for so many years after they've been discontinued for insurance replacements? Or is there any chance you'd get the S2?

Yes to the insurance. Of course the will replace your S1 with an S2. That makes perfect sense. Try it and let us know the outcome.

Yes, you'd probably get a S2. And we'd be looking at the S4 emulator in 23 months.
