Everytime my Storm reboots or does a batt pull or anything involving the device to turn off then on, my Google maps app says its running in the background. Anyone know why or have a fix for it?

I just realized I am also having this problem.
i'd try uninstalling then reinstalling google maps
Just a guess, but doesn't Google Maps have to run in the background for Latitude to function properly? Perhaps if you disable/logout Latitude?
i am having the same issue. i also have the problem when i go to install blackberry maps it tells my phone is not capable of running blackberry maps. lol i cant wait for storm 2
The uninstalling and reinstalling does not work. The App keeps on runnin' in the background and I cant seem to find anything to help fix it to save my life...
Please help us out guys.
