HI, Is gmail reconcilliation supposed to work? My regular company email reconcilliation works, but not gmail.

Also, how do I resend service books?

I may be wrong, but I do not think the G-mail full sync is working yet. You can resend your service books by going into the e-mail settings...hit BB button and select Service Books from the menu...then press Send Service Books button. Hope that helps.
