I have tried many searches but no luck. How do I sync my BB email with gmail account (i.e. deletion). Reason being is when i delete the messages off of my blackberry they do not delete from my inbox (even though i select "delete from mailbox and handheld"). Now i am seeing posts about configuring IMAP, but GMail says that it is not supported for blackberry devices.

It says: Note: Gmail IMAP access is not officially supported for BlackBerry devices at this time

Can someone please help?

Did you make sure to check the box in general settings on the BIS page about synchronizing? If you have, perhaps you should delete the gmail account and add it again.

Sounds like u need to delete and reinstall your email. Doing this will activate the newest BIS which reconciles your handheld to your computer OTA.

ok works now - but...i have labels created in gmail and messages in those will not appear on my blackberry
